Sydney & Luke: June 1
Sydney and Luke got married last weekend at Millcreek Inn. Sydney chose chocolate and Tiffany blue as her colors (two of my favorites!), and we used all white flowers for all of the floral designs. I think this might be one of my favorite weddings ever! Sydney wanted a loose and natural bouquet with peonies, ranunculus, roses, freesia, sweet pea and mini callas. We added some fern curls in to tie in the chocolate. The bridesmaids all carried bouquets of white peonies wrapped in chocolate satin.
For the ceremony, we lined the aisle with white and cream rose petals and we tied small rose clutch bouquets on every other row using chocolate satin and thin Tiffany blue satin. We hung strands of white orchids (silk) from the back of the altar area and scattered rose petals.
Each table had a grouping of 3 vases: A tall vase with white peonies and 2 fern curls, a medium vase with white tulips and a small vase with white roses. All of the vases had a chocolate ribbon with a thin stripe of blue ribbon.
Sydney's idea for the guestbook display was also super chic--we used 2 large fishbowls on bases--one with flowers and the other to hold the message cards from guests. (Sydney had beautiful stationary in her colors too--a great touch!) Then we had 3 smaller fishbowls with flowers.
What a great combination of colors and flowers! (And can I tell you how good it all smelled on the way up Millcreek!!) I can't wait to see the images from Jonathan Canlas !! (If you haven't seen his work, be sure to take a look! It is a-m-a-z-i-n-g!!!)

Jayson & Victoria: June 2
Jayson and Victoria are close friends of mine and asked me to do their wedding flowers. Victoria wanted to use purple and white roses with black accents. Jayson (a huge fan of fishing) had one request: that we have fish in the centerpieces. They wanted something casual and simple, but unique. This is what we came up with!

June 2: Rose Sachs Gardens
Leslie is one of the most amazing brides I've worked with! She had everything pretty much planned out when we first met back in February---so I can't take any credit for her great ideas! She chose green, brown and cream as her colors and wanted a very natural, simple style. We used green hydrangea, white ranunculus and mini callas in the wooden box centerpieces. Leslie found really cute paper for the paper cones which we placed green hydrangea in and placed on the aisle and on the railings. We decorated each of the cupcakes with a single mint leaf (don't they look yummy?!). For the boutonnieres, we used millet and variegated pittosporum. The bouquets were creamy calla lilies, with the bridesmaids wrapped in aspidistra leaf.

Mandee & Roland--May 25
Mandee and Roland were married on May 25 at the beautiful Red Moose Lodge in Eden, UT. (What a pretty drive through Ogden Canyon!)
Mandee chose green and brown as her main colors, but wanted some accents of hot pink in her flowers. She chose hydrangea, gerbera daisies, roses and freesia as her main flowers, with curly willow and spanish moss as accents. We had two different table designs---one with shorter floral designs and one with a taller arrangement. (Unfortunately I didn't get to take any pictures of those...)
For her bouquet, she wanted mainly greens and creams with accents of pink. We use cream peonies, roses, gerbera daisies and sweet pea, green hydrangea and hot pink freesia and sweet pea. We also incorporated some curly willow and tied the stems in chocolate satin. Her bridesmaids carried bouquets of hot pink gerbera daisies and sweet pea with cream freesia and scented geranium. I loved Mandee's idea to wrap the stems of all the boutonnieres and corsages in copper wire!
